Pros

It's a nice company if you're into playing politics and picking favourites — assuming you're lucky enough to be chosen. You have to either play the game or you`ll have a hard time.

Cons

Management plays favourites and overlooks issues, pretending to take action while doing nothing. Bully managers protect themselves through the upper chain, and HR makes no effort to help anyone. There have been multiple harassment cases (all kinds that you can think of) across various departments and employees over the past few years, many people have left due to those issues. They use diversity as a marketing tool, but behind the scenes, it's a nightmare that's swept under the rug.

Pros

Worked with some really smart and supportive people.

Cons

I can't speak for other offices, but the following reflects my experience of the culture in the Dublin office: - HR Complaint handling is poor, with a UK-based HR team taking a passive role rather than ensuring fair and objective outcomes. - Mediation and conflict resolution is not taken seriously, with unqualified individuals running ineffective session. - Employees who raise legitimate concerns may find themselves pressured to stay silent or risk having negative feedback recorded against them. - Some line managers prioritise authority over mentorship, which can create an environment where employees feel controlled rather than supported. - There seems to be a culture where line managers are more inclined to support each other rather than acknowledge and address problematic behaviour within their ranks.

Avoid it at any costs

Pros

There are no genuine pros to mention, as any perceived benefits ultimately prove to be nothing more than a façade.

Cons

Senior management is inept, consistently concealing issues from global HR. Numerous harassment cases are swept under the rug by the Dublin management director instead of being appropriately handled. Over the years, many employees have left the Dublin office, yet it seems to make no difference to them. I can't speak for the situation in other offices, but for the sake of your well-being, steer clear of working for Cundall Dublin at all costs.
