Our clients enjoy working with us and the fact that we consistently win repeat business with 70-80% of them is testament to this.
Description We are a global, independent, multi-disciplinary consultancy delivering sustainable engineering and design solutions across the built environment.

The practice recently celebrated 20 years of providing engineering services in Ireland. Brendan Dervan, Partner, set up his practice in 1999 under the name Brendan Dervan Engineering offering specialist electrical services. Employing two members of staff, Brendan started to win prestigious projects in the workplace and residential sectors with various developers. 2004 saw the company change its name to Dervan Engineering Consultants (DEC) and had increased its headcount to 16. DEC started to secure work with prestigious clients such as Office of Public Works, eir, and Irish Prison services. DEC’s collaboration started with Cundall in 2014-on the design and construction of a 11.5MW data centre for DRT in Profile Park, Dublin. Engineering officially joined Cundall in 2016, becoming the 20th Cundall office.
