Pros

Worked with some really smart and supportive people.

Cons

I can't speak for other offices, but the following reflects my experience of the culture in the Dublin office: - HR Complaint handling is poor, with a UK-based HR team taking a passive role rather than ensuring fair and objective outcomes. - Mediation and conflict resolution is not taken seriously, with unqualified individuals running ineffective session. - Employees who raise legitimate concerns may find themselves pressured to stay silent or risk having negative feedback recorded against them. - Some line managers prioritise authority over mentorship, which can create an environment where employees feel controlled rather than supported. - There seems to be a culture where line managers are more inclined to support each other rather than acknowledge and address problematic behaviour within their ranks.

Pros

Great support team and I was always busy with tasks to complete

Cons

Due to the variety of different projects each for a short amount of time, getting to know people well was difficult!

Pros

There are genuinely knowledgeable and capable people here, with strong technical expertise to learn from across the business. The early careers learning and development programme is a real strength: it gave me structured opportunities to practise skills on the job, understand my own working style, and develop professionally. Many colleagues are warm and approachable, and there are good relationships to be found across the wider organisation. My line manager also made real efforts to support me.

Cons

Team culture can vary a lot depending where you land. In some teams the management style leans toward micromanagement, and there can be limited room to take genuine ownership of your work or to correct mistakes independently before they escalate. The culture in places blurs the line between colleagues and close friends, which won't suit everyone — those who prefer clearer professional boundaries may find it a difficult fit.
