Pros

It's a nice company if you're into playing politics and picking favourites — assuming you're lucky enough to be chosen. You have to either play the game or you`ll have a hard time.

Cons

Management plays favourites and overlooks issues, pretending to take action while doing nothing. Bully managers protect themselves through the upper chain, and HR makes no effort to help anyone. There have been multiple harassment cases (all kinds that you can think of) across various departments and employees over the past few years, many people have left due to those issues. They use diversity as a marketing tool, but behind the scenes, it's a nightmare that's swept under the rug.

Pros

Great support team and I was always busy with tasks to complete

Cons

Due to the variety of different projects each for a short amount of time, getting to know people well was difficult!

Pros

There are genuinely knowledgeable and capable people here, with strong technical expertise to learn from across the business. The early careers learning and development programme is a real strength: it gave me structured opportunities to practise skills on the job, understand my own working style, and develop professionally. Many colleagues are warm and approachable, and there are good relationships to be found across the wider organisation. My line manager also made real efforts to support me.

Cons

Team culture can vary a lot depending where you land. In some teams the management style leans toward micromanagement, and there can be limited room to take genuine ownership of your work or to correct mistakes independently before they escalate. The culture in places blurs the line between colleagues and close friends, which won't suit everyone — those who prefer clearer professional boundaries may find it a difficult fit.
