Pros

- The company is growing insanely fast and genuinely changing the game—it feels like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, especially in Customer Success - You get to be part of shaping the future of customer experience, not just executing on it - You’re surrounded by some of the smartest, most driven leaders in the industry, which raises your own bar

Cons

- The pace of change is constant—the product evolves extremely fast, which requires a lot of curiosity and adaptability - You need to be genuinely comfortable operating in ongoing change, because things rarely stay stable for long - It’s an intense environment where you’re expected to bring your best work consistently, which isn’t for everyone

Pros

Really fast-moving and energised environment with talented people. Transparent and honest leadership. Lot's of scope for impact in all roles across the company. Clear to see there is a strong culture for internal mobility and growth. All employees are encouraged to find difficult problems and go solve them.

Cons

The fast-paced environment might not be for some people.

Pros

I have found Intercom to be an excellent company, with a strong and positive culture. The people are smart, thoughtful, and clearly care about doing good work and supporting one another. From everything I have seen, there is a real emphasis on creating an environment where people feel valued and supported. It also seems like a particularly exciting time for the company. There is strong momentum, a sense of optimism, and a lot of potential for continued growth. Also, amazing perks - free breakfast, lunch, snacks, bar. Free gym and classes. Great medical and dental. 6 months maternity leave fully paid. Barista on site. Pop up dinners/happy hours once a month etc etc

Cons

I haven’t experienced any cons
