We don't just rely on external benchmarks but correlate the annual results with our internal quarterly employee surveys, both regularly exceed participation levels of 70%+ with even higher scores on levels of engagement. Our Q4 survey results revealed an 80% engagement score that reflects the fact that most of our employees are very happy! Our pay & benefits are regularly reviewed to ensure we keep pace with the market and this quarter alone saw 100 people promoted as part of our career development framework and increases to match. Our quarterly rhythm ensures that no one is ever more than a quarter away from a salary review.
