Brilliant ICU teaching and colleagues. In theatre and ICU colleagues did their best to work together and make the most of a bad situation

Cons

Awful management. They don't care about what the working conditions are. They don't care that staff are leaving in the droves and there isn't anyone replacing them. There is no support from the hospital management for staff. There is no signs of things improving. The biggest hospital in the country is being run in antiquated and dilapidated buildings. There is no concern for patient or staff well being.

Bullying from HRBPs - Don't enforce their own dignity at work policies along with bullying in the workplace policies and regulations. Meangirl behaviours unprofessional and immature team members (secondary school antics)
