Disappointing - Anonymous employee St. James's Hospital Employee Review

Awful management. They don't care about what the working conditions are. They don't care that staff are leaving in the droves and there isn't anyone replacing them. There is no support from the hospital management for staff. There is no signs of things improving. The biggest hospital in the country is being run in antiquated and dilapidated buildings. There is no concern for patient or staff well being.
