      Good vibes in communication in hiring process.

      Imagine being rejected because of the issue when HR didn't understood residential status of the candidate. I clarified everything on the call (I have residency without any need from company to help with this), but was rejected on the next day with resolution "you probably can lose your residential status in few months and then probably you would go to another country where I suppose we can't hire". There are too many assumptions. I answered with all the same clarifications, but they didn't respond back. Thanks for assuming my future with residency and assuming my future in terms of location. It feels disgusting.

      - You can use modern technologies and architectures - Interesting projects where you can contribute and share your software design ideas - Company is interested in your wellbeing and professional growth. You have regular meetings with your manager and HR is tracking how you feel inside the company. I would say that they take your happiness into consideration so they offer good conditions and possibilities. - Interesting conditions: salary and other perks.

      Cons

      - Some protocols may not be 100% documented but teams are working to improve this on a daily basis. - Some teams may not share the same work culture. But HR and Management is there to help if something is not going well. They listen you and take into account what you comment.
