unprofessional approach with newcomers - Senior Backend Engineer Sporty Group Employee Review

Imagine being rejected because of the issue when HR didn't understood residential status of the candidate. I clarified everything on the call (I have residency without any need from company to help with this), but was rejected on the next day with resolution "you probably can lose your residential status in few months and then probably you would go to another country where I suppose we can't hire". There are too many assumptions. I answered with all the same clarifications, but they didn't respond back. Thanks for assuming my future with residency and assuming my future in terms of location. It feels disgusting.
