Pros

If you are looking for a company with great people(colleagues) to work with then this is the company for you. Colleagues are helpful,friendly and sociable.

Cons

In some departments You will have no work life balance in this company as there arent enough resources.Management have high expectations of all of their employees with no understanding of the amount of work assigned. Stress levels are high in some departments and senior management do not even notice this. The gender pay gap exists and there is also a big pay gap between union and non union employees (union employees fare better)

Pros

some good people to work with. Taken on board world class manufacturing procedures and practise so educational from that perspective.

Cons

Very tough work environment. Focus on deadlines and not people, high stress levels coupled with almost "breaking" people on leadership courses. If I wanted to be in the army I would have joined it!

Cons

A really tough place to work, very demanding, more so than I have ever encountered in other companies. Huge pressure to achieve a wide range of objectives, with very little in the way of resources. Would not recommend to anyone I care about.
