Pros
If you are looking for a company with great people(colleagues) to work with then this is the company for you. Colleagues are helpful,friendly and sociable.
Cons
In some departments You will have no work life balance in this company as there arent enough resources.Management have high expectations of all of their employees with no understanding of the amount of work assigned. Stress levels are high in some departments and senior management do not even notice this. The gender pay gap exists and there is also a big pay gap between union and non union employees (union employees fare better)
