I'm not sure there are any. You need a big freezer to work there, due to the short dated "staff offers" they have every day

Cons

Massive culture problems in the past few years, not a nice place to work in at all. Management just don't give two hoots about their staff. It's all about margin.

The only good thing about working in Pallas is the more than average pay since they have financial back up from America

Very poor communication or none at all No structure in the place Culture is based on fear and power A lot of 'Power-freaks' in the higher lever Distinctive division between 'upper' and 'lower' level - eg, Directors, Managers and people in power would not say simple 'Hello' to other staff A lot of goof hard working people not being appreciated for their work Very low morale and no motivation / depressing atmosphere Feeling of being judged or watched/ controlled all the time No Career development available - you are stuck in your box No trust towards their workers
