Very poor communication or none at all No structure in the place Culture is based on fear and power A lot of 'Power-freaks' in the higher lever Distinctive division between 'upper' and 'lower' level - eg, Directors, Managers and people in power would not say simple 'Hello' to other staff A lot of goof hard working people not being appreciated for their work Very low morale and no motivation / depressing atmosphere Feeling of being judged or watched/ controlled all the time No Career development available - you are stuck in your box No trust towards their workers
