Pros

Annual bonus, employee shares scheme , fast promotions (everyone is a Director or VP!), nice canteen and food.

Cons

IT management appear to be moving backwards, bloated, a lot of redundancies so existing staff is very deflated.

Work Life Balance Sometimes

Pros

More of work-life dynamic-- you'll know when you'll have 50-60 hour work weeks during your team's busy periods (Quarter Close, Forecast, Year-End). Most other weeks you have the typical 40-45 hours.

Cons

Pay increases are low and in most areas upwards mobility at an analyst and manager level is almost nonexistent due to budget constraints.
