The only pro is that this role is generally work from home.

Cons

Employees are extremely overworked and tasked with an incredibly difficult amount of work. Not enough time is given to be able to properly evaluate a claim and have the proper conversations with clients. Management is constantly on your back about meeting metrics that are arbitrary, because the case loads are too high.
