Pros

Coffee machine and networking events.

Cons

Pour Management without communication skills, no honest feedback or guidance, teams are not well structured, juniors are not mentored and looked after. No on-boarding, no product documentation, no coding standards people are not communicating proper and are difficult to reach. Your expected to train for the job and learn new skills in your personal time and at your own expenses. Tasks pour documented and assigned to you on tight deadlines. Office can be loud and is unconformable to work as people are screaming at each other and fighting. Political conversations are often discuses in the office by Management people with little respect for other foreigners making an unconformable place to work. No remote work allowed.

Pros

Lot of different projects going on and offices in other counties. People are friendly to work with and happy to help with issues. New projects with new technologies are being developed in different areas. The company is stable with good customers.

Cons

For a time there use to be a yearly review done for each employee, this stopped in the last few years and they dont seem that interested in the employee progression to their next level. Recently project deadlines seem to be driven by management instead of dev estimation. This can lead to chasing deadline after deadline i.e. quantity over quality. Certain PMs have joined the company over last few years who dont have any technical background, again this can be a big strain on devs especially when PMs are talking with customers and setting unrealistic deadlines.
