Your expected to train for the job and learn new skills in your personal time and at your own expenses. Tasks pour documented and assigned to you on tight deadlines. Office can be loud and is unconformable to work as people are screaming at each other and fighting. Political conversations are often discuses in the office by Management people with little respect for other foreigners making an unconformable place to work. No remote work allowed.
