Terrible leadership Write up/termination’s do not align with job duties and communications witg leadership. Misleading/inaccurate job descriptions, mainly in the area of experienced needed for the role. IT leadership picks and chooses who has to follow company policies. Such as dress code, breaks, punch times etc.

A face fits mentality, very hard to move up/ gain promotion unless you know someone. Not advised for young people trying to move up in the world
