Salary is good, colleagues are the best, good training

Cons

Terrible management. They promises many things but when the reality comes they do the completely opposite. They promised on interview that rosters would be balanced on morning, afternoon and late shifts but in the end you only and exclusively gets late shifs and a few morning and afternoon. Poor support from Supervisors. They dont care about your mental health Need to deal with angry hungry customers and still being pushed by supervisors to deal with 3 customers at the time is ridiculous People are leaving there every week because they are terrible Quality are all over the place and a few of them makes you feel terrible if you make small mistakes such as not using a comma.

Pros

Paid Colleagues offer hands to one another, when higher up do not.

Cons

Punish in rating for minor slipups or forgetting certain things by QA. Dealing with angry customers and restaurant partners. Mental degrading/ Being a punching bag. Delivery driver does their own thing and you'll face consequences. Some policies are infuriating as they definitely cause more angry customers. Dealing with upset/angry customers who promise a call from team lead in certain timeframe of days but come back a week, 2 weeks and even a month without any word only to put back in same position again of being call by team lead.
