Steady wage when they don’t get ya wages wrong. No job security as ya can be sacked for almost anything.

Cons

Exhausting work load/hours. Bleeding every legal minute of work out of drivers. No work life balance. No family time. Military style management regime with management that have no experience and just out of fast track graduate program.
