      Supportive hiring process, but relocating to Berlin is jarring

      Pros

      The hiring process was clear and felt personalized to me and it felt like the people I spoke to truly cared about me and making sure I was the right fit for the company. As I started at the company, I realized how important it was for them to hire the right employees that fit together.

      Cons

      The only con would be the concept of moving to Berlin. There is nothing that I don't like about Berlin, it is simply a big change from where I lived before in America. I am happy with my move and have no regrets at all, it was simply the most jarring aspect of starting this position.
