Very long and frustrating calibration process. There is a vague definition and vast interpretation of the rubrics which consistently leads to inconsistent understanding of bar set for calibrations. They are huge fan of being extremely judgemental about new joiners performance in first 6 months. They have a guideline to terminate the employee in first two months if they do not seem fit. This time is barely enough to settle down in a new country, new place, new work and new people. They do not think twice before making firing or demoting decisions OKR reviews are always painful. Huge disconnect between product, tech and UX. Makes PM life horrible. Incompetent top management who highly judgemental. Very suffocating environment.
