Pros

Teaching you exactly what employer to avoid in the future.

Cons

From the top down it's a cesspool of toxicity; TLs and Managers are hired not based on merit and expertise but promiscuity, nepotism, friendships, blackmail and other illogical and illegal reasons. - 0 Company Benefits (9 max. sick leave). - 0 Career growth except if you're willing to be a corporate spy, identify as LGBTQIA+, are a sycophant mixed with a hypocrite and ready to back-stab your colleagues [in a manner of speaking]. - Operational Managers to Team Leads discriminate against illness (regardless of legal doctor's note/medical certificate), gender, race (especially towards People of Colour) and religion. In case of doubt, review how many of the aforementioned have senior positions... - Managers are allowed to bully, harass, demean and degrade colleagues in their team, if you dare to touch on it or file a complaint, they will make you redundant regardless of your performance. - The TTEC playbook; if you don't fit the previously mentioned criteria its: Bullying so you resign / Redundancy / Create a bogus complaint > Paper trail, incl. verbal warning (based on a fabricated fact), Performance Documentation; ''write down your day-to-day activities in this document'', followed by a Personal Improvement Plan (PIP) etc. until fired, this includes people from all walks of life. The above is based on first hand experience, being part of a team, who all went through the above until none were left, including high-performers.
