      OK as start but not for long term

      Pros

      - You get a full training in Google's AdWords system - Great colleagues - Good experience in online sales and advertising market

      Cons

      - You work with the client's systems, do the same work as the client"s internal teams but earn 1/3 of what client"s employees earn - Shady management: no open communication, changes in commission structures on the go - You have to share a building with other vendor companies - False advertised, in the job description it says onsite canteen, when you start you find out only the client's employees are allowed to use a canteen with food, which is located in another building in the business park

      Pros

      It's a good company to start a career in tech and sales. There's a lot to learn.

      Cons

      - micro management - sometimes you don't get any of your commission even if you hit your targets - very poor commission and salary - sick leaves are taken from your PTOp - lots of pressure from both Ttec and the client - no time flexibility ( e.g check-in every morning at 8 ) - too much work for such a low salary ! - they promise you vouchers or gifts to win competition and they never give them to you - always asking for more - old laptops and no equipments for working from home - no opportunities for growth - high turnover - toxic environment

      Good starting point and stepping stone to begin career

      Pros

      Great training on product knowledge and usually hires like-minded people, though there are a few absolute gems in between the rotten apples. Flexi hours are also great

      Cons

      Very little room for career growth and severely underpaid compared to industry standard in Dublin. Small bonuses and general lack of transperancy. Working for a Google vendor you are second-rate employees doing the same work but getting paid half of what people elsewhere make.
