Decent remote job working behind a keyboard.

Cons

Little opportunity to move up. Raises only occur as minimum wage increases. Earned PTO was often difficult to use and declined.

Remote work, training, and equipment provided.

Cons

Holiday weeks during training was 10 hours and was a grind, but I can't think of anything else.

you will always have a job if you come to work and follow their rules

Cons

back to back calls if you have a good, moral supervisor or operational manager it helps a lot with missing time or unexpected emergencies
