Although you are learning a lot in the role, you are over working yourself with very little pay. Lies during the hiring process, they tell you one thing and sell you benefits that you don’t really have. Employees are underpaid and not treated fairly, with more than one person having to leave the company due to depression and anxiety, since some management play a lot with employees mental health by bullying them and gaslighting them. Hire management avoid talking about the situation although multiple people have complained to HR in the US and since they don’t have it in Ireland. Used to think the CEO cared but after seeing how bad things have been for many months, you can see that no one cares about the employees in the Cork office, they are just trying to over work them and underpay them.
