      - work from home / flexibility - salaries tend to be above market level - employees relationships matter / EMT open to communication - fast paced / dynamic environment

      Cons

      - changes in lots of areas (team structure, product strategy, sales strategy etc.) occur very often and can reverse back - big turnover in EMT team (Sales especially) - career path not really available in all departments

      The work environment is toxic as hell, packed with people in roles they’re completely unqualified for. The pay is trash. And those promised business trips? They never happen.
