Interview process run very professional. Candidate can choose what time that suitable for you. The interviewer give explanation clearly and give chance for candidate to ask some question. First interview is about non technical interview. Second stage is technical test with MySQL. Unfortunately, my answer is not quite good and so I can't continue to next stage.
