The ActiveCampaign project was plagued with problems from the start, but it got worse and worse until the end. A manager was fired with no notice, and a few weeks later when someone else tried to give notice, they were told: "You can just leave right now, don't serve your notice". This left that employee with a gap in their income. the team was plagued by issues with our leads for weeks and weeks and months and months, which were never really addressed fully, even when yet another manager came in (the 3rd in less than 2 months). new instructions on how to work every few weeks, reassigning the pipeline every few weeks, bad lead quality, and absolutely no communication from management. None. There are many other options for sales people in Dublin (especially with languages), this is probably one of the worst ones. A team that is supposed to be more than 10 has shrunken down to 5 within weeks. Also, since there is no structure, this means that you can't reach your targets, which means you don't get commission, which means your base salary is... pretty basic. We go into sales to make a high commission. That's not possible here.
