- Timesheet system is glitchy
- No clock in system to make tracking hours easier
- Not enough growth opportunities. Some employees have worked there for years, were promised promotions and never got them. Moving up is more dependent on how well you're liked.
- Low employee retention
- Feeling like your work and contributions are never satisfactory
- Difficult to get approved for time off
