Pros

Location in the city center is great Some people are very good and professional There’s no dress code

Cons

I don’t know if I will have enough space to write how bad is to work in this company. There’s no work-life balance. We work 12-13 hours on busy periods which can vary from 3 days to a whole month, sometimes we do not get notice of overtime but we are busy so the managers do a scene calling everyone to a meeting to beg people to stay - pathetic. You cannot even invest in yourself, you cannot do a course, go to college because every time you have to leave to live your live it’s a drama. There’s no way to grow, they are so desperate that they promote people to a higher position in the very first months when the person doesn’t even know about the processes, but then you’re stuck there, you don’t go anywhere else, you just pile up more functions with the same salary, if you apply for internal positions you go to a very poor interview with very unprepared people and they hire by friendship or nationality. There’s no enough space, you cannot stretch your legs without touching a colleague, wires are all over the place, the desks are really small and we have no food in the office, not even a decent kitchen. Still talking about food, if you like pizza do not accept this job, it’ll kill it in you. Everyday that we work 12 hours they order pizza ~ the cheapest one ~ and you have no other options, you just get sick of eating it every month at least for 3 days in a row. Let’s talk about people? Well, some colleagues cannot speak a proper English, they deal with the customer with a very poor vocabulary, sometimes rude mistakes. Even the managers/senior cannot speak a good English, it’s hard to communicate. Some people are so poor educated and have no manners, when we have team huddles they keep yelling at the people who’s trying to talk and making jokes. It’s super annoying and no one says anything. Managers have no voice. They don’t value their employees, there’s no feedback, there’s no way to ask anything and the managers don’t fight for their teams. A lot people leave all the time and they don’t even care, they hire people only after a phone screening. We already sociopaths in the team that were fired after the training and their first day because of how crazy they were. It’s critical.

Pros

Clean and warm building, nice colleagues from everywhere.

Cons

They don't pay for the overtime. HR spend his time to calculate how many breaks you do and how long. You have 2 kitchen for 200 people with only 4 micro-waves, only plastic cutlery. 30 minutes top to eat. The work is boring and the salary isn't great. Very important turn over.
