one set working model hybrid which is leading to back full time to office, base salary not matched to current salary market for the position, hard to level up up, not clear expectations, lack of team work /collaboration, No pension or health care offered when hired. Lack of food facilities services in office. Very cheap , not enough budget for facilities and activities in Dublin.
