Toxic environment - Senior Planner Dublin City Council Employee Review

This was a student position, and at the time they paid about €2 more than minimum wage. Some training was provided, senior staff were also very helpful and understood that as students we were inexperienced.

The work is full on, and some difficulties can arise that students are unprepared for.

Great work life balance. Flexi leave. You are allowed to be yourself at work.

Raises are very small. Understandably so since it’s public sector.
