Pros

Location/work life balance - blended working.

Cons

Siloed organisation with toxic culture of promoting insiders. Analogue in a digital world.

Pros

Annual leave is very generous

Cons

Poor HR department in the section I work. There is a lack of communication amongst managers and no morale or interest from staff. There is very much a "job for life attitude" and this negativity is demotivating. You will be told at the induction about the policies and procedures in place to look after your wellbeing and mental health, however all of this was just lip service. There is an attitude of not speaking up about bullying/harassment and if you do it only creates more problems for you. There is a serious lack of HR in certain departments and it leaves workers isolated in an extremely toxic work environment. Avoid working here if at all possible.
