      Cons

      Set up on IT not best suited for a graphic designer. Functions on a MAC are restricted across the board with no exceptions made for the need of a graphic designer role being different from your typical banker.

      Great collaboration between work groups. There used to be room for advancement and diversity in the workplace.

      Cons

      Lack of job security for several years culminating in a layoff after nearly 3 decades with the firm. Like many places, benefits, raises, and advancement opportunities diminished over time as the firm decided to offshore roles.
