The minimum wage, the long hours in the freezing cold (or rain, or intense wind) are just the tip of the iceberg. Childish management micromanaging everything you do. If you are a woman, you could get harassed in the street, then ask your team/management for help, and in despite of your good job, you would get fired the day after as they would consider "you don't feel comfortable in your role".
