Pros

Great team members, Easy going industry as you deal with tourists. The managers take care about your professional development.

Cons

Big and global brand, but the branch structure is very small. No too much room to get promoted as there aren't many roles to cover. At the same time, you need to take care about problems that is not the nature of your role because no one will be assisting you comparing with corporate environments.

Pros

Great atmosphere from the team, minumum wage and flexible with your schedule needs (eg. students), good number of hours if you are a good seller. Training provided and you get to take tours for free. Flexible to take holidays.

Cons

Working on the street (eg. rain, dealing with homeless or problematic people on the street who are not customers, access to bathroom and water). No umbrella provided most times and no comissions unless special ocassions,

Pros

You don't work for free.

Cons

The minimum wage, the long hours in the freezing cold (or rain, or intense wind) are just the tip of the iceberg. Childish management micromanaging everything you do. If you are a woman, you could get harassed in the street, then ask your team/management for help, and in despite of your good job, you would get fired the day after as they would consider "you don't feel comfortable in your role". I should have reported this, but well.
