      - Easy work - Good coworkers - Decent pay

      Cons

      Cheap company, constantly pushing the envelope on how hard we work and how much perks we get. Every Christmas/Summer party is a smaller and smaller venue, snacks are now behind a vending machine as if we're animals that can't function without control. TQ is the most useless thing in the world. Why would I need to know about bitcoin? Why would I learn about AI when you prohibit using it on the work computers? Make it make sense. Why are there now 3 time tracking tools. Why do you care how I spend every waking moment of my day when you can already see my performance on an automated dashbaord?

      Pros

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Cons

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
