manager pushing employees to get his name good in front of senior managers, and i dont know whether senior and junior handling 2-3 projects at a time and working on it whenever asked eventhough it has more delivery time bcs of manager. Always like blackmailing with rise or hike if the result he expected was not obtained . forcing team members to participate in internal hackathons which are meant to be self involving activities and expecting to build a full working model within a week in the middle of project delivery. always asking someone to look into others work if they are absent for even 1 day and expecting them to complete that work as how senior did. expecting juniors to work like a 4-5 year exp senior. and manager openly asking the team members to extend till 8-10 if needed in everyday saying we are working for us company so u should be available. The manager has to assign the work and look after and track but its the opposite here each day he assign new work and ask what work we are doing in scrum call.dont know what his work actually is if not managing team members.
