Put a lot of effort into learning opportunities and technical skills of your peers are most likely be very high.

Cons

Poor management, compensation is on the lower side but depends on location

- Work-life balance is OK. - Nice coworkers - Learning materials

Cons

- Bad compensation in last couple of years, almost nothing salary raise, even if you are a hard worker and great employee - No life in the office, almost fully remote
