Pros

Company relocated to new modern offices three years ago. Location is great. Some managers can be flexible with hours worked.

Cons

There are a LOT of very rude, impolite and arrogant people working here. Redundancies have occurred so morale is very low but has been for the last few years. Any attempt at showing your initiative will be shot down.

Excellent team of high quality personel. Good energy with a 'can-do' attitude without going overboard. Generally good salary paid with additional benefits

Cons

Can get very busy sometimes (but extra time is tempered with time in lieu) No agreed pay structure
