Pros

Some nice people. Not fussy about work arrangements.

Cons

Very little support for new starters. Isolating culture. Not much transparency. Ruthlessly laid off a bunch of low paid graduates after giving them minimal training and support.

Toxic work environment

Pros

Even the positive things in a toxic work environment can turn into negatives; the projects size for example is good, however, with the bad management it could turn into nightmares.

Cons

The work environment is toxic, you are giving all of your effort and even more, then no one recognizes your effort. Senior management layer is absent actually which makes it difficult to see clear rules in the company or standards. It's like they're only interested in getting more money, not in helping or mentoring anyone. If they have shortage in the resources, they'll have you juggling multiple projects simultaneously or abruptly shifting you to another project without proper handover, regardless of the toll it takes on your mental well-being. And if there aren't enough projects in the pipeline, they might just discard you altogether. They replied to several comments here that they do care about getting the employees feedback through surveys and they care about Codec values, etc. All of these are just for the Company Image nothing more. They don't genuinely care about the team or the feedback they receive. They don't care if the people are happy or not. And the benefits? Big zero. You're not getting even the minimum. They don't invest in training materials or anything that could actually help people grow.
