      Good salary and benefits package (includes health, pension, good annual leave days) Opportunity to work in different projects and teams. Wide variety of projects with some very prestigious clients. Good support from SLT

      Cons

      Sharing of project resources across projects is common and can be challenging sometimes. Need to work on training opportunities.
