      Pros

      it depends on the dept you are very chilled, enjoy facebook, go for a coffee, smoke, long lunch etc. casual dress code, nice location. dont need to kill yourself with work, dont need to be in on time or everyday, salaries are low but you dont do much, looks good on your CV for sure!

      Cons

      reversed managment, if you win they get the credit if you lose you are out. if you are not irish, they can make your life a living hell!, dont look for a raise or promotion, or working from home. stay there for a few years and look for something better. this is a great place for start up employees with no skill or experience. STAY AWAY FROM FINOPS !! especially order processing!!!

      I have never come across a more demotivating, know it all and back-stabbing company in my 20+ years of work. Input is cut down and an atmosphere of fear is always present. The employees are like minions trying to always appease or otherwise fearing certain retribution. Stay away!
