Pros
The majority of Bentley's products are genuinely fantastic and market leading. A lot of the people are wonderful to work with, particularly the "doers".
Cons
Bentley is constantly in a state of flux with little to no continuity or communication regarding the existence or content of a plan. Many of these broad changes cause massive hemorrhaging of the best colleagues and a complete loss of key skills required to deliver implementation and other services. Leadership hiring decisions are sporadic and Ill-advised with some newer leaders having appalling reputations within the industry; These hires have been the direct cause of significant accounts massively reducing their engagement with Bentley.
