The interview process was well defined with roles and responsibilities clearly outlined. It had different levels which tested the aptitude skills and the professional knowledge required for the role. The interview also involved the aspects of growth and training that the company provides.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Teleflex (Research Triangle Park, NC) in Jan 2016
Interview
I was first interviewed over the phone by HR and then I interviewed in-person with four senior and management employees. It was more personality-based, as all the experience based questioning occurred before the in person interview. I was guided through the facility and introduced to other managers.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Teleflex (Reading, PA) in Dec 2010
Interview
It was pretty interesting. The IQ test was pretty interesting and checked more logic than any information from previous job. The interview questions were technical along with standard personality questions. There were three different interviewers and a HR person. The questions were mainly focused on my experience in the industry and there were some questions they had to ask because of HR guidelines. All interviewers were extremely impressive.
