Stripe is not a “grind LeetCode and vibe” company. They heavily value: • Clear thinking • Product intuition • Code quality & correctness • Ability to reason about ambiguous real-world systems • Communication while thinking The bar is high, but it’s thoughtful, not random.

Had series of questions that built on top of each other kind of like a a,b,c part to questions that each had you do a different feature that's all related.
