Interview
The technical interview process was divided into two distinct sessions. The first was a 15-minute introductory round focused on a high-level overview of my background and specific project experience. This was followed by a 45-minute deep dive that centered on technical proficiency, evaluating my knowledge of the core tech stack and my ability to solve complex, scenario-based problems in real-time.

Scenario based technical questions like JPA or JDBC, communication between microservices, Which database to use.
Basic introduction
• Discuss your background, projects
• Questions like:
• Why Descript?
• What do you know about our product?
• Salary expectations
👉 Tip: Be ready to talk about audio/video editing, AI tools, or content workflows since Descript is in that space.

It was very simple and easy interview process the questions were very basic mostly related to basic coding and Software Engineering concepts. you just need to brush up your basics and that would be enough
