Interview
Straight forward standard process. First round was a screening, followed by a technical round 1, and then technical round 2. Then it took about 2 weeks till i finally received an offer.

Interview
My friend attended the interview for software engineer role in Galway Ireland. Total 5 rounds of interview include HR screening. All the round went very well and at the last they send a cliche rejection mail without any feedback or explanation for rejection. It’s felt like unprofessional and unethical after spending hours to complete all round interviews and meetings couple of high level engineers. Totally disappointed with their interview style.
If you’re actively or honestly looking for job changes, don’t waste 1 month time for their 5 rounds of interviews. At the end they will send preplanned rejection email .
